Previous eventHandler being deleted in setSecurityManagerEventHandler

What's the rationale behind this? I don't think it should be assumed that the event handler is allocated on the heap (and ownership passed to the SecurityManager class).
Also when passed NULL, this method should revert to the default handler.

missing pairing result event on ST

Description

Using ble-cli-app on ST using generic SM the event for pairing result has a 50% chance of not appearing if the pairing was a result of encryption request change and not a pairing request.
