Typedefs with more than one part do not seem to work

May be a problem in the PP. Not sure how all of this works;

For the stdint.h file;

typedef uint8_t unsigned char;
typedef uint16_t unsigned short;
typedef uint32_t unsigned long;
typedef int8_t signed char;
typedef int16_t signed short;
typedef int32_t signed long;

clean up the symbol table code

to use namespaces, and proper dcpu-cc exceptions, etc

__asm fix '}'

as of request by @SirCmpwn :

find closing } only when not in string literal, character literal or inside a asm comment

Function pointers :D

Function pointers do not appear to work.
