The automated namelist web page is populated on the values in namelist_definition.xml. The definitions in this file need to be written.

For this initial developmental version for the FRIERSON compset, a number of configuration option were added for comparative testing. (e.g. optional configurations of PBL calculations, optional PRECIP options). Some of these were removed along the way.
For testing and evaluation, these options should be reintroduced and the ability to select configuration options via namelist should be added.

Betts-Miller precipitation still needs to be added as an option to the FRIERSON compset.

Problem:
Nudging was added to the simple version of physpkg.F90 in a manner consistent with the 'full' physics version. It has since been found that the nudging should be applied at the beginning of tphysbc() rather than at the end of tphybc(). So this implementation should have that modification applied.
