Validate pull requests with Travis

Add `community` section?

I wanted to add the #purescript IRC channel and the /r/purescript subreddit but I didn't really know the best place on the list. What do you think? Maybe we should add some kind of community section to the list?

It could have other items such as the Stack Overflow tag or the Google group.
