Setup CircleCI for the doorman project

Right now, the doorman has no concept of time, but we don't want this to work if no one is here to actually verify if a person is a Fin. Another thing to consider is what happens during holidays.

As it is now in training, you either have to tell Doorman it was right or train the photo to someone else's face. There should be an option to disregard the photo if it not useful. Examples of when we could have used that include when multiple faces are found (too hard to identify which face it is actually training for), when a picture is blurry, or when it's a picture of the back of someone's head.

The TVs around the office should display events/announcements happening around the office. It'd be cool if we could send information about who's entering the office to the TV to welcome a person.
