proposal: add tips on how to sync your node faster

Checklist

  • I am using the latest version of this action.
  • I have read the latest README and followed the instructions.
  • I have read the latest GitHub Actions official documentation and learned the basic spec and concepts.

Describe your proposal

At the polkadot barcamp, a pain point has been raised that it can take a long time to sync your node, especially a collator node that has to sync a full relay-chain.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a dedicated page that present existing solutions to this issues:

  • use a database snapshot
  • use warp sync for chains that support it
  • use an external relay-chain (experimental but we can link to the docs)
  • ...
