Hi,

As I understand it, the DiFuMo atlas is currently accessible as a 4D probalistic atlas with each region on a different volume and voxel values corresponding to the probability that it belongs to the ROI marked by each volume. For my purposes, I need the atlas to be in a 3D format where voxels are labelled with a number corresponding to the region ID; however, I've done some research but can't find any documented way of converting between the two.

Is there a way that you know of to convert from a 4D probablistic to a 3D labelled atlas, perhaps using FSL?

The labels are sometimes "middle XXX" ("middle posterior"), sometimes mid-XX "mid-posterior".

We should be consistent with them. I would favor renaming everything to "mid-XXX", to make things shorter.

It appears there is some problem in nilearn.utils._fetch_files .

Hi!

I am trying to extract values of ROI defined by DiFuMo, but I found the dimension of DiFuMo and MNI152NLin2009cAsym is not the same(see blew).

So when I used fslsplit to split the 4D image to 3D images and then binaried them to a mask for ROI and finally calculated the cluster size under the ROI, error occurred:
