iCheck is Missing

What is this about?

When we install AdminLTE with bower it does not install iCheck as plugin.

How to fix?

Adding proper iCheck line to bower.json and replacing the URI will fix this problem.

Rise Proper Exceptions for Docker API Calls

What is this about?

When there is an error while making API calls to Docker API with dockerpy, no exception raised for most calls.

This will result lack of explanation in debug files and make really hard to pinpoint the problem.

How to fix?

Put proper exception for all API calls.
