Use the Burp text editor
The extension should use the Burp text editor with the MessageEditorTab. This is available to extensions via callbacks.createTextEditor() Might be an issue getting the context menu to work correctly.
Update Content-Length
If encrypt/decrypt changes the message length we should update the Content-Length header
Make IHttpListener more efficient
Currently converts every request to a string and searches full request for the header. Should keep as byte array and only search first 1k.
Warn when JS function returns char >255
Currently in IHttpListener it just uses the low byte. In IMessageEditorTab is returns a string to Burp when ends up utf-8 encoding. Best behaviour is probably to consistently use low byte and warn when this happens. And add a note to README to explain this.
