Computer should take a "posture"

Wants to harm population or damage military assets.

Some rough ideas:

• If human hits a city, computer retaliates
• Computer might try and hit a city if it can't find any assets
• Computer would tend to try and hit military assets first

Does it prioritize radar?
Or instead go after offensive items?
What if they are activated or not?

Right now the text runs into everything, it's not great. Clean it up.

Get all icons or something for the build manifest, make it look better.

Need a "all things are done" kind of thing. A score / summary view of what happened.

Missile bases are allowed right off the bat.
ABM bases +- a few years from 1956 (or historical date)
Navy base, pick a year.

When a map location is targeted, need to bump up a "times targeted count" type thing. Otherwise, when a location is attacked and attacking ordnance is successfully shot down, the location loses its "is targeted" flag if more than one ordnance item is targeting it.

When any base is activated, its visual state should change.

Show key information (location name, type, population, age if a base, etc.)
Nice to have: fade in/out.

For example, when building a navy base, it must border the water. If the user drags it over land locked location the mouse should change as needed and maybe the space under it should as well.

Somewhat message up now.

This may be too annoying but worth an experiment.
