Memory Leak in TensorFlow 2.14.0

I was testing the Chapter 13 Snake Game with tensorflow 2.14.0. I noticed a memory leak in my copy which I had input from the book, so I cloned the github and it happened there as well. Memory crept up until the os killed the process.

Looked similar to https://medium.com/dive-into-ml-ai/dealing-with-memory-leak-issue-in-keras-model-training-e703907a6501, I was able to resolve with this:

Happened both with and without GPU.
