At some point it would be nice to search for titles as well as ISBNs

I think a lot of our issues with this tool might be settled by building it onto a framework. I like Botkit.

When books aren't found, it might be helpful to look for the book elsewhere (eg: Amazon, Valore, Chegg). Even better would be to also search packback for alternate ISBNs, but that's probably beyond the scope of this little bot ;-)

The easy fix would be to add a trimming function before passing isbns back to the search api.

Let's remove the racist ones: "n_gg_*"

Some things I know need to be improved about this:

• I have never done unit testing in Node, so I need to do that: http://glebbahmutov.com/blog/unit-test-node-code-in-10-seconds/
• I should probably break this up into multiple files. Need to look into best practices for this in node.

Currently when the bot gets multiple results, it simply tells the user there were too many results. Some ways to improve this experience:

• Return multiple results
• Return a link to the search page with multiple results

I'd like to make this open source because it's not really a secret thing. Here's what I need to do to get there:

• Move slack token to config variable
• Move Packback base url to config variable
