Add command for looking up and returning image of a mod.

Thought: might have to make this dependent on the adapter supporting image returns.

Add /settings command to let users the bot's behavior

Add in the /sortie command that exists in the telegram-only bot.

The bot can already check on both conclave challenges and the syndicate dailies, i just think it would be nice to have a tracking option for them.

Some suggestions I have for the /tracking commands. There should be a command that excludes all but select few track points without having to deselect every other point individually.
ex. /trackonly alerts_invasions_sorties

I am able to give you a lot of detail on this but I've seen it occur multiple times, when the /pc uses more than 1 word like /pc Arcane Grace it will fail, but also things like /pc flight(or toxic) for toxic flight will fail to find the item I am looking for aswell

The problem with implementing Genesis as a full bot is that if someone wants to add Genesis' tracking instead of building around it, it's cumbersome to keep up to date. Following the generator-hubot pattern, move it to an npm module and, for installation, the user will be able to run

npm install -g yo generator-hubot hubot-telegram
mkdir mybot
cd mybot
yo hubot
npm install genesis-project

or be able to just npm install genesis-project if they have an existing bot.
