ScatterSeries render two point Intersection show error about oxyplot HOT 5 OPEN

This is not currently supported, but it's certainly something we could support with a flag to delay the rendering of the borders. Is there a standard name for this behaviour?

Should be bodgable by extending ScatterSeries and overriding Render so that it performs another render pass with only the outlines, but would need to C&P most of the code to determine the sizes and the markers.

@VisualMelon hi, I found that using SVG rendering to export diagrams is displaying correctly, while using WPF rendering is an error.
