Hey, I did something similar to this a while ago, though not at all as well thought out with blocks... You can check it out to see how i handled equations, and especially how I handled them dynamically. I like how your take on this idea uses blocks - definitely better than my NSNotifications (I need to update this). However, I think that you might be better served to not have a set set of equations, but that's just my two cents.

We can localize the detail text label, but we cannot localize "Parental Gate" label. How can we do it?
