I'm on Linux Peppermint.
After recent updates most of the websites aw'snapped and extensions notoriously crushed.
I purged chrome, cleared cache and reinstalled everything.
Now everything seams to be aboutout as stable as always.
MyYoutube will not even start. I can add it or remove. the icon will blink and it's gone with a crush message.

EDIT: It now shows 2 videos being new but no videos. I noticed the "mark as watched" thing doesn't seem to clear the button, just the video. That extra number showed up after I just clicked mark as watched on a video I didn't care to see. So the issue may be with the mark as watched feature.

Second edit: It just updated itself and now back to showing one video as new on the button but no new videos. So still not sure what it could be or how to fix it.

For a couple of days now the indicator button shows one new video but when clicked it says there are no new videos. I tried clearing the cache from the My Youtube settings but it still seems stuck. I noticed it show up a few days ago when a YouTuber I'm subscribed to and watching was doing something. He apparently uploaded a video then deleted it. He might have uploaded a couple of videos and deleted them. Whatever the case, I can't get it to stop showing one video as being new on the indicator button despite it saying there are no new videos.

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Browser: Firefox 41.0.2

After recent youtube updates extension needs revision.

I don't know if I should post this here, but this addon doesn't work anymore with the new version of Firefox.

Just noticed I'm not getting any notifications for new videos for one YouTuber I am "watching" with the My Youtube addon. He has had two new videos in the last few days and neither has showed up through the addon. There may be others I'm watching and not getting notified about but this is one I spotted first last night and again today when they uploaded a new video.

I am watching twenty channels. Two have special characters in the name but not URL (one with a # and one with two ™s. Not sure if that matters though but stating in case.

This addon has been wonderful but it seems to be beginning to break. First issue was the notification of one new video in the button but no new videos showing (still happening) and now not being notified of new videos from a YouTuber. I'm reluctant to do a clean reinstall just yet in case these may be bugs that can be fixed to improve the addon. Might be hard for me to replicate them on a clean install.
