For choosing a directory only file can be choosed

In app.properties there a lot of directory choosers (Done directory, PDF path..). By clicking on the directory chooser button, a file chooser is used --> choosing a directory is not possible.

Fill Readme with details about UI and SW usage

add property for FilePath for PDF receipt

ProxyPort Field: If you enter a number, it is not possible to clear the field

The ProxyPort Field just allows numbers up to 65535. If you enter a number, you are not allowed to clear the value, because "" counts as string and is an invalid value --> not possible

Change a value by "file/folder chooser" --> property file is not set as "unsaved"

demis-adapter-api.properties and labor1.json are missing

Hi,
i choose the main directory in the app, but the demis-adapter-api.properties and labor1.json are missing.

What am i doing wrong?
