This is because the characters ## are used as a delimiter for splitting the current track and its album info. I have uploaded a fix at pull request #284 that instead uses regex to only split the first occurrence, but this will still occur if you add the delimiter to an album or artist.
I have not noticed any issues as a result of this, but please add this change to your own version and report any potential problems.

Have not been able to find any issues and has been working as expected. Issue has been fixed in latest version.
