Add the ploceus version to the mod jar manifest as a way to recognize the mod as built with Ornithe intermediaries.
Or at least something that will differentiate/identify Ornithe mods.

It will come in handy the day we manage to get mods built with different intermediaries running together.

this change would be more convenient for mod developers as it would remove the need to add the mapping layer to the mappingn spec manually

I am having issues with the config in my mod loading because 2.2.2 uses broken deserialization, manually changing the Gson version in my Prism Launcher instance fixed this so I think that Gson should be upgraded to 2.2.4 assuming there's no breaking changes it made.
