Implement a photo listing method to allow listing by categories as well as features.

Now that PhotoByID has been implemented with #6, implement a method to get comments for a photo

Create, Read and Delete functionality for comments.

Implement GetPhotoByID which allows retrieval of of a photo by ID.

I found myself having to provide lots of instruction to folks that wanted to use the package.
It would be nicer to have folks using it easily, so a CLI will make for easier adoption.

At bare minimum, it should be able to
a) Upload a photo

• Allow tags to be set for the photo
• NSFW to be toggled on or off
• Private or public toggleable
• Title set
• Description set
• Accept a path or from stdin

Implement:

• Create -- vote
• Delete -- unvote

Implement a method to Update the information of a photo, after #9 has been implemented.

Add the ability to search for photos. Also note that photo search produces pagination, and allows limit, maxpage.

In order to implement uploads, we need to have oauth access enabled despite there being 2 alternative endpoints for uploads, they all need the access_key parameter.

Implement a method to delete a photo, alongside #9 and #10.

Implement a convenience method for downloading a photo without the user having to mangle around with the URLs themselves.

Implement functionality to upload photos.
