WIFI_ENABLE and WIFI_STATUS should source power from USB_HO_VBUS instead of 5V

We aren't sure exactly what needs to happen yet, but this ticket is a place holder for it and another board rev should not happen until fixed

Net N$643 passes through eMMC pad A6 which is Vss and needs to be rerouted around it.

UART lines from the TS5A21366 OPD UART switch should be connected to UART0 which goes to the debug connector.
This is so that the C3 can communicate directly with the Octavo.

i.e. the nets UART0_Tx(C3-Rx) and UART0_Rx(C3-Tx) should be changed to UART0_Tx and UART0_Rx.

Let's not put the SD card slot right under the wifi module so it is usable

The BOM spreadsheet pushed in commit 7567d3d is correct, attributes should be back populated based off this

If it's easy-ish, breakout the Enable pin from the SPS and pull it up with a 10k and put a test point on it, so we can disable that power supply.

symbol file is missing, may need to temporarily revert to commit 4e80f09 to pull the symbol files

Symbol for Q5 and Q6 (DMP3056) currently has 2 units (A and B), should be a single unit symbol with drain on pins 1, 2, 5, 6, gate on pin 3, source on pin 4.

The Octavo expects to see 5V on the USB1_VBUS pin after it determines that the port is in host mode. The right way to do this would be a switch controlled by USB1_DRVVBUS connecting 5V to USB1_VBUS, but we did find that it also works if you directly connect 5V to the pin.
One of these fixes should be implemented so that the USB hub will work.

The tStop mask is missing along the RF trace.

rearrange boot jumpers JP105-109 to match the order referenced in printed boot instructions

DAT0-3 and CLK should be length matched.

Move the SD card slot further into the card. An SD card cannot be in the slot while enclosed in the satellite

Currently programmed to 0 ohm and 4.7 kohm, which is incorrect
