Currently, no support for rules that have multiple values in lower intervals, e.g.
FREQ=WEEKLY;BYDAY=WE,SA

Need to reprogram the logic to check for multiple instances of lower intervals.

In the iterator class, the intervalTime variable is kind of vague and should be renamed to something that better represents it.

At the moment, the parser will let through a lot of invalid RRULEs, need to update this to ensure that required components exist in different cases:
e.g. FREQ=MONTHLY must also have a BYMONTHDAY=field.
