git-stat should support configuration file

Calculation of LOC should be done the whole organization

I built app using ./gradlew build, it generates file ./gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar. But when I started it, with

java -jar ./build/libs/git-stat-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

it fails with error:

no main manifest attribute, in ./build/libs/git-stat-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Need to have the same logic in our tool

Now you can pass the list of repositories, but that is not such useful. We need to support the logic for organizations
