Implement the ability to compile using tinygo.

Should be optinal

When compiling using docker, a new container is created every time. This wastes time and storage.

Implement:

1. When about to run a docker command, check if a container with a unique name exist.
2. If it does exist, run that container instead.
3. If not run as usual, but set the name to this unique name.

The unique name should be based on the root folder for the package using the loader.

Implement a new feature. The ability to compile using a docker container.

Should be optional.
