The implementation should allow tagging with two categories.

Tagging should not be available if there is not video loaded into the media player

the user can tag backward - from 05:00:00 to 04:00:00 for example - the format doesn't support that

At the moment the user doesn't have any way to know but memory what he tagged already

The user can return to early part of the video and tag again - but the tagging tool doesn't sort it to the right place in the format.

The implementation is simple, and working' but is implemented with the idea to create the file while watching a movie - which isn't the correct approach, it should be more workspace-like and interactive.

As discussed in the meeting we have several options to implement this:

• quick and dirty:
  • find subtitle editor which supports overlapping subtitles, (we need to check if this is in contradiction to the SRT file format because then the search will be futile)
  • change the CNSR Specification and viewer-addon to parse srt file structure (open issue)
  • create srt file with categories as subtitles
  • change file extension to cnsr
• change subtitleEdit to support overlapping subtitles and export cnsr file.
• Qt/PyQt from scartch
