Wallpaper problems about gxmods HOT 2 OPEN

Something similar happened to me just a few hours ago but I managed to fix it as follows:
Delete the custom background you have from Opera GX, close Opera and reopen it,
choose a custom wallpaper directly from your files with the "Add wallpaper" function and there it should give you the option to place your mod's wallpaper

I also spent a long time trying to get animated wallpapers to work. What I did to fix it is turning off the "Early Bird" setting in opera://settings/early_bird
Assuming the code works properly (like you said) this could fix it.
