chaos_calmer's Issues

iptables compilation error

I have had an HLK-RM04 v1 (4M flash / 16M RAM) working successfully for about 6 or 7 years now. Back then I compiled a firmware based on r49395 sources. I now want to add a small new feature to busybox. That means I need to compile a new firmware.

Unfortunately I had deleted the complete openwrt folder. No problem. I compile Chaos Calmer, right?

I get this error:

rodajc@PC:~/chaos_calmer$ make
libxt_RATEEST.o: In function `RATEEST_final_check':
libxt_RATEEST.c:(.text.RATEEST_final_check+0x130): undefined reference to `log'

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

make: *** [world] Error 2

The error seems to occur at the point where it processes iptables. However, I don't need iptables in the firmware.
How can I skip iptables compilation or solve this error otherwise?

hello developer.

I am also a developer and I would like to ask you some questions. In this paragraph, we are also developing for the 15.05.1 version. We want to pull a new branch for update maintenance and iteration. Because we did not find our own platform on openwrt. So I want to ask how to operate. There is also how to add the version of our own platform ipk package to openwrt's opkg source so that our board can use opkg.

attach USB flash device

I've LG01 gateway runs openWrt system. I want to attach USB flash device for that i followed your article and https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/storage/usb-drives-quickstart artical.
Now USB flash device is mounted.

root@dragino-1c0b14:~# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs 3.5M 632.0K 2.9M 18% /
/dev/root 11.0M 11.0M 0 100% /rom
tmpfs 29.8M 484.0K 29.4M 2% /tmp
/dev/mtdblock4 3.5M 632.0K 2.9M 18% /overlay
overlayfs:/overlay 3.5M 632.0K 2.9M 18% /
tmpfs 512.0K 0 512.0K 0% /dev
/dev/sda1 7.0G 16.3M 6.6G 0% /mnt/sda1

now i wanted to copy some file to USB flash device. How to do it, which place i've to store it and run .

Can't go into the luci web manage page when device runs a long time , For me the time is 42days

Below shows the error message.
/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:562: Failed to execute function dispatcher target for entry '/'.

I use Telnet to go into the file system and see index.htm is only in /overlay/usr/lib/lua/luci/view/admin_status/index.htm
/rom/usr/lib/lua/luci/view/admin_status/index.htm

and they are abnormal
treebear@Witown:/overlay/usr/lib/lua/luci/view/admin_status# ls -l
lrwxrwxrwx 1 treebear root 18 Feb 25 10:33 index.htm -> (overlay-whiteout)
treebear@Witown:/overlay/usr/lib/lua/luci/view/admin_status# ls -l
lrwxrwxrwx 1 treebear root 18 Feb 25 10:33 index.htm -> (overlay-whiteout)

Then I look at Top information, it goes well because cpu and memory has lots of idle resource:

Does this issue comes from openwrt filesystem or it is luci's bug ?
