Follow CRE as some guidelines for organizing the cases and then implement the POST requests.

On the server-code we should just make sure we get a JSON data-blob that inflates to an indexed array of data-objects.

We should add cases for random errors to generate too, based on what we've observed from their API. Things like this one:

A 400 response, for tags that are already used.
