CCRS v2022-343 Upcoming Changes

Between December 12, 2022 and January 8, 2023, the PREproduction environment is available to test the upcoming manifest and .CSV template changes. These changes have an impact on how a license is reporting transportation of cannabis products, and how information is being reported to CCRS, regarding strain and product information. The WSLCB examiner unit is encouraging all licensee and integrators to log onto the Preproduction environment during this time to gain an understanding of these changes and be prepared for January 9, 2023 when these changes are implemented into the Production environment for CCRS.

To test these changes, the following steps are recommended:

Completing uploads in the PREproduction environment does not meet your reporting requirements and the current reports will still need to be uploaded to the CCRS production environment.
Review the resources on the CCRS resources page for the PREproduction environment
Integrators will need to have their license assign them in the PREproduction environment
Upload each .CSV file according to the order of operation, following instruction in the PREproduction section the CCRS Upload User Guide
The templates have changed; it is recommended you download the new templates to be completed prior to uploading to the PREproduction environment.
After completing the order of operation updates it is recommended to complete the manifest.CSV template and upload the new manifest to the PREproduction CCRS environment.
Our recommendation is that a license test all three CCRS upload operations to understand how a manifest can be Updated or Deleted.
Our Recommendation for testing the manifest that if sending a test manifest to an unassociated license, that the license is contacted to be aware of the test.
The PREproduction manifest.CSV is not a live document and is only available in the PREproduction environment and therefore use would not be within the Traceability requirement as detailed in WAC 314-55-083 and WAC 314-55-085.
NO PRODUCT can be physically moved with the Preproduction manifest.
This testing is only to test the new CSV template file uploads to CCRS.

Create B2B Outgoing in METRC

Since 2015 METRC has not permitted Outoing B2B Transactions to be created (this sucks because it obligates everyone to use METRC to confirm/commit/relase in their UI, which is to the detrement of the external integrators). The only option is to create this using a Template, then users still have to go into METRC to finish the task -- everyone loves using two systems to do one job :/ (jk! switching systems is a known anti-pattern for accuracy and usability)

B2B Outgoing in BioTrack2014

There is some interesting ways the b2b-outgoing + manifest-stop + manifest-item + inventory_transfer data objects interact. BONG needs to be sure to collect all those data and resolve them to make sense.
