There may not be a need for the use of winston in this package. It could be impacting other package dependencies that we don't need to cause for the off chance we may use it.

We should evaluate prior to doing a 1.0.0 distro.

We should verify:

• All other spur packages
• All internal harness packages that extend common (we can use opengrok)
