Qualcomm's modem NV partitions (i.e. fsg,fsc,modemst1,modemst2) are encrypted with an SoC-unique key, and consequently the backup is only valid for the device it's created from. To create a sharable NV backup, a common way is to export it as a QCN/xQCN file via QPST.

I have acquired a couple of sticks that work with the generic-base and debian payload.

I am interested in building my own payload with mobile-nixos. One of the steps will be creating a vendor-firmware package. I would like to probably use the same blob that you use in the debian payload's /lib/firmware. Are all of those files available somewhere? Or should I maybe just use your debian image as the "source" for the firmware? Any tips?
