Welche Seiten soll es geben? Welche Informationen sollen abgebildet werden?

Um die Ziele dieses Projekts genauer zu beschreiben, schlage ich vor ein Konzeptpapier in Form von Markdown ./purpose.md zu erstellen.

Folgende Anforderungen sind zu beachten:

Risiken (Woran könnte dieses Projekt scheitern?)
Sponsoren (Welche Beträge werden benötigt? Weshalb werden diese benötigt? Was erhalten die Sponsoren?)
