Dockerfile of MCF must be updated with JRE 11

Add a build_start command in the run script

We need to add a build_start command in order to make easier to build and deploy using run scripts.

Including patches fixing Ant and Maven build of MCF source code releases

The latest version of ManifoldCF source code package includes some issues related to build these connectors: Solr, CSV and Nuxeo connector.

The SDK can manage this adding some string replacement strategies and make easier for everyone to implement custom extensions and connectors for ManifoldCF.

Update Maven plugins

Reverting to the use of Hadoop 2.6.0 fixing jdk 1.6 dependency

Porting of the run script for Windows (.bat)

We need to convert the current run.sh script in the Windows format creating a run.bat

Maven repo is removed after mvn clean

We have to manage an exception when we have to run the mvn clean command: the Maven repo built by the SDK using the Docker container should be not delete.
