openmendel.github.io's Issues

Try to use markdown

@jcpapp, did you edit index.html in HTML directly? In the long-run, it's probably easier to write in markdown and let github render the HTML (since the HTML will change depending on CSS style choices, etc.).

MendelBase not working in Julia version 1.0.0

We had been using OpenMendel with Julia version 0.6.0, but now we want to use the 'Missings' module which requires Julia version 1.0.0 or higher, but when I try to install MendelBase using Julia version 1.0.0, it fails because the GLM module does not work, choking on this line:

using Base.LinAlg.LAPACK: potrf!, potrs!

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,
