In Switzerland, the origin of electricity is subject to labeling according to the Energy Act. Companies that supply Swiss end consumers with electricity must provide information on the following at least once a year:

The VSE as an industry umbrella organization and Pronovo as the enforcement agency jointly operate this website, with the Internet address provided by the SFOE.
The start-up company "tomorrow", which develops digital solutions for climate protection, runs the electricityMap project, a real-time map of electricity production (including import and export) and CO2 intensity in over 131 regions worldwide. The map is maintained and constantly expanded by a lively open source community (see github repo). They have an API interface, where real-time data and forecasts for the next 24 hours can be retrieved.

Ich bin Mitgründer des Startups “tomorrow”, welches digitale Lösungen für den Klimaschutz entwickelt. Zu diesem Zweck haben wir das Projekt electricityMap ins Leben gerufen, eine Karte, die für über 131 Regionen weltweit und in Echtzeit die Stromproduktion (inkl. Import und Export) und deren CO2-Intensität abbildet. Die Map wird von einer lebendigen Open-Source community gepflegt und stets erweitert (siehe github repo). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine API Schnittstelle an, über die alle unsere Echzeit-Daten, sowie Prognosen für die nächsten 24 Stunden abgerufen werden können.

GeoImpact is a startup that is working on an online Energy Planning App. They are participating in the Hackdays and offering sample access to their data aggregates for a specific Gemeinde (Bremgarten), City (Aarau) and Region (Rheinfelden), with data on buildings, Minergie, parcels, and roofs.
The SCCER Joint Activity Scenarios and Modelling (JASM) Data Platform provides data that is relevant for Swiss energy market modelling. A collection of open* data packages can be found here:

Energy companies have large amounts of data that are used only partially or not at all. Better use of idle data for new services and analysis is in the interest of these companies and their customers. At the Energy Data Hackdays, energy companies, public administrations and other organisations related to the energy industry provide data for the development of creative ideas and initial prototypes.

The national data infrastructure for electric mobility (DIEMO) ensures that data on Switzerland's charging infrastructure is made available uniformly, in high quality and free of charge as Open Data. To this end, DIEMO harmonises and aggregates data from various operators of charging infrastructure and provides an overall picture of the charging stations.
The data is available in JSON format and can be previewed on map.geo.admin.ch

The Swiss National Centre for Climate Services (NCCS) has made over a terabyte of data available for the Hackdays that deal with emissions and climate monitoring. These were the basis for several publications as well as an interactive Webatlas.

Die Daten stammen in einem vom BFE unterstützten, Forschungsprojekt zur Netzdienlichkeit von Wohngebäuden. Es sind die aggregierten Lastgänge von 20 Mehrfamilienhäusern (nach Möglichkeit mit separatem Allgemeinstrom) und so ingesamt 165 Wohnungen. Die Daten sind pro Gebäude in einem File enthalten.

Im Rahmen des Projektes VEiN (Verteilte Einspeisung in Niederspannungsnetze) werden im Niederspannungsnetz der TS Kreuzmatt in Rheinfelden mehrere Dezentrale Erzeugungsanlagen (DEA) betrieben. Das Ziel des Feldversuches VEiN ist, die Auswirkungen der vermehrten dezentralen Einspeisung auf die Netzqualität und auf den Betrieb von Niederspannungsnetzen in der Praxis zu ermitteln. Zudem dient das Projekt VEiN auch als Plattform für wissenschaftliche Versuche bezüglich der dezentralen Stromerzeugung.
SwissMetNet, the automatic monitoring network of MeteoSwiss, comprises about 160 automatic monitoring stations. These stations deliver a multitude of current data on the weather and climate in Switzerland every ten minutes. The monitoring network is supplemented by 140 automatic precipitation stations. Together, these 300 stations form the basis for the creation of reliable local weather forecasts as well as severe weather and flood warnings.
