Geometry is broken in Neelamperoor and Anikkadu in Pathanamttitta

We Should add panchayath Offices location as admin center in the lsg relation. Some nodes added. lot of missing lsgs found. but need to validate this node location in all lsg boundary relations.

The total LSG as per 1035, we have only 1034

Mostly the data issue came from Wikidata. So, Need to inspect all text from Wikidata and Update there also needed.

Need to add district attribute for better usage.

I encountered this issue while using the geojson in the repo. So there is this Padiyoor panchayat in Thrissur district (LSGI code G13031) and a similarly named Padiyoor panchayat in Kannur district (LSGI code G08073).

I noticed while visualising the geojson that the panchayat geometries have been switched. Meaning Thrissur's Padiyoor has the geometry of the Kannur one and vice versa. All other details are fine, just the geometries have to be switched back.

Oh so two features have the same LSGI code in the geojson. Mattannur municipality in Kannur and Mattathur gram_panchayat in Thrissur have the same LSGI code G08064.

Going by the local body codes at the website lsgelection.kerala.gov.in from the State Election Commission, Mattannur should have M13057 instead.

G08064 seems to be correct for Mattathur.

On a side note, don't know if all the LSGI codes are outdated. This website https://lsgkerala.gov.in/en/website/web seems to have a completely different list of local body codes.

By the way, appreciate the work you guys have done here and on https://map.opendatakerala.org/ . This geojson with admin boundaries for Kerala has been really helpful for me :)
