Per discussion on the list with @zendril, we want to add resources (listed below) to the footer (in tiny type) or a resources button (with sublinks) on the bottom left.

I'll PR them in after #9 gets merged.

We would want to have the site rendered and previewed via CI so those that don't want to clone and preview locally can give feedback.

Can we use CircleCI? If so, please assign this issue to me and I'll get something set up.

Today we are testing taking markdown notes: https://hackmd.io/El8Dd2xrTlCaCG59ns5cwg and we would want to test out adding these to the repo after meetings, along with having a folder for proposals (Atlas suggestion!)

When folks are ready, by going to Settings -> Github Pages --> deploy from the docs folder, the web interface should render at http://opencontainers.github.io/org. I'm guessing others want to do more changes before this happens?
