bmp_consumer.py is using wrong key for collectors and routers in process_bmp_raw_msg()

Below should be changed from:

            msg.COLLECTOR_ADMIN_ID = self.COLLECTORS['admin_id']
            msg.ROUTER_IP = self.ROUTERS['ip']
            msg.ROUTER_NAME = self.ROUTERS['name']

to:

            msg.COLLECTOR_ADMIN_ID = self.COLLECTORS[c_hash]['admin_id']
            msg.ROUTER_IP = self.ROUTERS[r_hash]['ip']
            msg.ROUTER_NAME = self.ROUTERS[r_hash]['name']

bmp_consumer - Router object has no attribute `getRowMap`

bmp_consumer imports the Router module from openbmp.api.parsed.message. A Router object is created and the getRowMap() method is called - but the such a method is not defined in the Router class.
