Bug Report: Todo List Filter and Mark All Complete Functionality Not Working

Description

The current implementation of the todo list filter and mark all complete functionality is not functioning as expected. Users are unable to filter todos based on their completion status (complete, incomplete, default), and marking all todos as complete is also not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the todo list page.
2. Attempt to use the filter options (complete, incomplete, default) to filter todos.
3. Notice that the filter options do not apply correctly, and todos are not filtered based on their completion status.
4. Attempt to mark all todos as complete.
5. Notice that the mark all complete functionality does not work as expected, and todos are not marked as complete.

Expected Behavior

• Users should be able to filter todos based on their completion status (complete, incomplete, default).
• Completed todos should be visually distinguished with a strikethrough styling.
• The mark all complete functionality should properly mark all todos as complete.

Actual Behavior

• Filtering options do not apply correctly, and todos are not filtered based on their completion status.
• Completed todos are not visually distinguished with strikethrough styling.
