Need to add support for bulk commands and API interactions.

When using an ElasticQuery or ElasticFilter with a range it doesn't accept 0 as a value.

Need to support raw interaction something along the lines of

raw(url, method, data)

It needs to be able to interact with all of the API, and do proper parsing of objects into json objects as well as interact with the appropriate REST methods.

Change the urllib2 interface to Requests interface.

Provide detailed examples and explanation of the "chaining" mechanism in elasticpy.

I was thinking to include Tests [using PyTest] for ElasticPy. I would be happy to take this forward.
