New attribute types, such as the Metadata attribute, have been added since the schema was created. They aren't listed, however, in the available list of attributes on the ContentTypeDescriptor or in the default Attributes container. These should be added to ensure that Metadata attributes can easily be created when configuring the editor.

Adding support for the new Cache Profiles requires adding a number of new elements to the schema. These include:

• CacheProfile item type
• ResponseCacheLocation metadata list
• CacheProfile lookup list on the Page content type
