@r4tze Hi there! Could you please give us more details about your deployment (i.e. mattermost, onlyoffice versions, proxies info an so on). Also it would be extremely helpful if you could post mattermost logs here. I have tested on my local installation and everything seems to be fine.

@Nsenz Hi!
I found the time to collect all the informations. We are using: Mattermost Version: 7.4.0, Database Schema Version: 93, Database: mysql. We set it up with the bitnami image.
I'm using the ONLYOFFICE-DocumentServer-7.2.1 as a docker container. I can access the page and the onlyoffice demo is working well.

I found the problem. It was a faulty ONLYOFFICE installation.
