horza should be an interface only and each adapter implementation should be on a separate gem

For an active record object with a field/column named 'method', horza returned
ArgumentError: wrong number of arguments (0 for 1)
from (irb):25:in `method'

Perhaps this should be documented?

When calling any? on an empty Horza::Entities::Collection, the result returns false. However when the collection has elements in it the following error is raised
LocalJumpError: no block given (yield)

When calling blank? on a collection that contains elements, the result is correctly false. However when calling blank? on an empty collection the result is false also.

It would be nice if we could do pagination as Kaminari does:
