Missing requirement to run in us-east-1?

Hi,
saw this package and it was just what I needed, so thanks for that!

When I tried to deploy it to eu-north-1 I got the following error:
Resource handler returned message: "Invalid request provided: The specified SSL certificate doesn't exist, isn't in us-east-1 region, isn't valid, or doesn't include a valid certificate chain. (Service: CloudFront, Status Code: 400, Request ID: 410739b3-87a9-43fe-b67a-decfe503b23b, Extended Request ID: null)" (RequestToken: 3bb514d8-6cad-cd45-f5e8-14be653a9c46, HandlerErrorCode: InvalidRequest)

But it did work on us-east-1.

Is it a requirement to run this on us-east-1 region? If that is the case, maybe it should be stated.
