修复上拉操作 
不释放手指滑动直接下拉操作,会触发下拉刷新的bug;下拉操作
时也有同样的问题

你好 我在使用时出现了个问题 我嵌套的是gridview

在800*1200的大屏幕平板上显示时，刚进去第一次加载数据时，
gridview只能显示半个屏幕，下半个屏幕都是空白的，当我下拉
刷新一下后，gridview又能全屏幕显示了，不知道这是什么问题
。。。求教

用您的控件包裹GridView去实现上下拉，在其他测试机上出色发
挥了效果，但是在小米2上却不能达到下拉刷新的效果，基本�
��难出现下拉刷新，包括你的demo也不能实现效果。

下拉刷新一直持续不断的 调用BaseAdapter中的getView方法  
导致界面一直刷新 很卡。上拉没问题
