Press F1, type ext install prolog.

Since the file extension of Prolog has conflicts with Perl, so please click language mode at the right bottom of Visual Studio Code and pick Prolog

Shortcut:

• dcg generates ${1:clause} --> ${0:body}.
• rule generates ${1:functor_name}(${2:argument}) :-\n\t${0:%% body}
• face generates ${1:functor_name}(${2:argument}).
