Display a pop-over div that reflects the AJAX status for:

1. Upload finished
2. Image Conversion finished
3. OCR finished

LaTeX allows arbitrary positioning of radio button and checkbox and will ease code needed to produce source document. The source document will be fed to pdflatex to produce the PDF.

LaTeX is chosen because current python pdf libraries do not support embedding radio button or checkbox in tables.

This should be checked before looking for equivalency.

Site crashes if the upload button is clicked without a target file.

As I have entered all current JST courses into the Course table, nothing shows in Courses in Review.

What I expect is that courses in the database that match the JST and are without Equivalency or otherwise marked should appear in Courses In Review, along with the course name.

We should also decide whether to include descriptions. It looks odd with only OC descriptions.

If a course code, known or otherwise, is entered into the search box, then entered or submitted, the page goes to"Your request is being processed." and nothing happens.

What should happen is the course should be entered as a single item list and processed like multiselect or multiform is.

This worked previously.

Populate Target and From views. Allow select box to filter by institution.

Generate button should trigger CourseCompare and send document to Target Reviewer by email.

PDF link generates a list of all applicable courses from JST.

Let's look into improving the OCR performance.
