当前 vueify 版本已经更新了很多，是否考虑同步更新一下？

另外，由于使用了 htmlMinifier 压缩模板，removeOptionalTags 选项默认为 true，这导致如下的代码：

<select>
    <option>test1</option>
    <option>test2</option>
</select>

被压缩成了

<select>
    <option>test1
    <option>test2

这样的输出在 vue1 中是没问题的，但在 vue2 中使用了虚拟 DOM，它对这种标签的解析存在问题。所以该选项默认设置为 false 才好。否则就需要多增加一个 vue.config.js 的配置文件了
