Document supported OSes and architectures

As an end user,
I want to be able to see the supported operating systems and architectures,
so that I know if I can use it on my system.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Markdown document with information about supported OSes and architectures. Linked in README.md
  • When install tools are run, the information about supported OSes and architectures should be printed

Read Tool List from Config File

As a user,
I want to be able to specify the tool list in a simple config file,
so that I can manage the list easier with minimal risk for error.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The config file to be in a simple format, e.g., in name: value pairs
  • Install command to take the config file as a parameter

Support x86 and Arm Architectures

As an end user,
I want to be able to use the tools on x86 and arm architectures,
so that I know if I can install the tools on such systems.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Enable the tools on x86
  • Enable the tools on arm
  • Document the newly supported architectures in the markdown document
  • Document the newly supported architectures in the output of the tools
