A mobile application to show the brightest side of the city where we all live - Nairobi.

Know Nairobi Like a Local (Not Being a Local) - the major slogan

Potential features for the end-users:

• safe, so-so, unsafe neighborhoods
• users report about the events happened to them, good and bad (buying something, being scammed or robbed, etc)
• suggestions about the best dishes in the city
• sporting events happening
• places to go and play / do sports yourself
• art galleries, museums , art related events
• tech events in the city
• speed dating, speed connection, quiz nights events to meet new people
• list of inexpensive guides who can take around the city
• approximate fare cost to travel to a specific neighborhood; reminder that during rainy weather fares increase 3x times
• street food vendors with reviews
• hiking routes

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-username/nairobi-tech-talks-app.git
   

2. Navigate into the project directory:

   cd nairobi-tech-talks-app
   

3. Install dependencies:

   npm install
   

4. Start the development server:

   npm start
   

5. Run the app on Android or iOS:

   npm run android
   npm run ios
